I enjoyed the room, the bed was soft. It was nice to have a microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge available. The overall atmosphere was family, nonetheless some stuff members where very rude.
Unfortunately internet was terrible.

Wonderful hip new property with awesome and courteous staff from check-in to check-out. Tea and coffee making equipment, a writing desk, and iron/ironing board in the room and the soft bed. Excellent food and family atmosphere. Convenient and great location in the middle of jackson, good pool. And just off the HDMI or USB port in the back, and restaurants, movies and shopping.

During my recent stay at Hampton Inn, I had an issue with my initial room smelling like mildew. However, the staff quickly addressed it and upgraded me to a king suite within just five minutes. The property itself was immaculate and the indoor pool was a great bonus. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of nearby options for food and shopping. I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The location of the property was comfy and marvellous, in the middle of jackson. It was also close enough to Dallas from La as well as restaurants. The room was good and cozy and offered with shower and great breakfast, for example.

the service from Patrick and Alexander was outstanding, they truly exceeded my expectations. The room was perfect, with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was plentiful and catered to all types of food preferences. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

They were friendly, accommodating, and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast provided was also great, with a good selection of options. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to everything in the Dallas area.
